The rubric

Originality, wit, confidence and on-theme, 0 to 25 each, summed. The model returns those four numbers in a fixed JSON shape and the server adds them up. The score against the bar decides IN, not him: if his reply says otherwise, a stock line replaces it. He holds no password, so there is nothing to jailbreak.

The model is qwen2.5-1.5b-instruct q4_k_m, running on our own box.

The limits

• 1 try per 90 seconds.
• 30 people max in line.
• 280 characters.
• Injection attempts score 0.
• Links, handles and addresses get redacted.
• Lines that target people are refused.
• The three idea chips, sent word for word, get 0 originality. He hears them every night.

What we keep

• Attempts: 72 hours, then deleted (max 200,000).
• THE LIST: the last 5,000 in.
• Minute counts of the feed: 48 hours.
• No IP stored. The 90 second limit uses an in-memory salted hash that resets daily.
• No cookies. No accounts.
